국문 초록

유닛로드시스템(ULS)이란 수송, 보관, 하역 등의 물류활동을 합리적으로 하기위해 여러 개의 물품 또는 포장화물을 기계 기구에 의한 취급에 적합하도록 하나의 단위로 정리한 화물을 의미하며 유닛로드시스템을 도입함으로써 하역을 기계화 하고， 수송 • 보관 등을 일관하여 합리화시키는 시스템이라고 말한다. 현행 ULS(유닛로드시스템)의 활성화 제도로서 물류표준설비 인증 규격기준은 물류기능별로 단위화 되어 인증되고 있어 물류기능 연계성에 의한 ULS(유닛로드시스템)의 모률 기준이 요구되고 있으며 대형 전문화된 물류유통센터를 중심으로 하역 • 운송 • 보관기능을 물류표준설비의 모률화 및 시스템으로 연계하여 일관운송시스템(ULS)으로 확대가 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 유닛로드시스템의 물류설비모률의 연계성에 관한 실태조사를 통하여 물류설비 표준규격을 대상으로 표준파렛트에 의한 지게차， 트럭적재함， 하역기기， 랙설비 등 의 규격 치수의 정합성을 기준으로 물류센터의 운송， 보관， 분류， 포장작업과 연계된 조합된 모률을 알아보고자 함이며 유닛로드시스템의 표준모듈의 패턴을 설정하고자 함에 있다.

영문 초록

The logistics Standardization is designed to certify the installations related to transport, storage, Materail Handling and Sorting packing in the KS (Korean Standards) Unit Load System Regulations of logistics equipment at home and abroad as standard one to be fitted with consistent standard pallet for produced products and used ones, and contribute to improving logistic competitiveness and saving logistic cost. This study tries to improve the standard installation certification system granting a user a certification in connection with the existing producer certified product. For this, this study targets conducting a standard research of Unit Load System and developing a relevant module. The research method used a theoretical reference consideration, internal and international cases, related books in relation with the logistic consistent transport system. The purpose of this study conducted on the basis of literary research and field research passed through several advices from business and academic experts, to which policy proposal for activating logistics consistent transport system was attached.
