국문 초록

한일간 해저터널은 세계 최대 터널사업으로 사회경제적, 국토공간적 파급효과를 초래할 수 있는 사업구상이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 한-일간 해저터널 건설이 부산의 도시공간 및 물류활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 분석을 수행하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 분석방법은 문헌연구 외에 I-O분석, 성장잠재력 분석 등이 이용되었고, 공간분석 및 표현은 엑셀 및 GIS s/w가 사용 되었다. 결론적으로 한일 간 해저터널 건설은 부산의 활성화에 기여하는 것으로 분석 되었다. 부산은 임향 지향적 특성이 강하면서 내륙연계의 시발점을 지닌 내륙 및 해양의 결절지이다. 이러한 부산의 도시공간구조는 해저터널의 연결로 남북 축과 동서축의 영향권역이 확대되고， 비수도권의 연계강화로 성장잠재력은 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 터널건설로 인해 건설업 등을 포함한 산업의 활성화， 환승터미널 등에 의한 경제의 부가적 활성화 관광수요의 증대 등에 의해 지역 개발효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 해상운송 위주인 현 물류활동구조와 해저 터널이 처리할 운송 대상품목과의 중복성은 크지 않을 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 해상운송이 위축될 것이라는 우려보다는 해상 및 항공 이외의 철도 및 도로를 이용한 화물운송이 추가됨으로써 다각화를 통한 선택의 폭이 증대될 것으로 전망된다.

영문 초록

The Korean-Japan undersea tunnel is the largest tunnel business in the world, which is a business idea that brings social economic and national spatial effects. Therefore, this study aims to perf ann an analysis on how such tunnel construction impacts on city space and logistics activity. Analysis methods are 1-0 analysis, economic potential model and Excel, GIS SfW were used for spatial analysis and mapping. Conclusively, it is analyzed that the construction of the Korean-Japan undersea tunnel will contribute to the activation of Busan. Busan is the joint of land and ocean as a starting point of inland connection while has a strong special characteristic of a harbor. Such city spatial structure of Busan is analyzed to expand the area of the influence along vertical and horizontal axis by the undersea tunnel and possess high growth potential by strengthening the connection between non-metropolitan areas. Also, the analysis shows that the construction of the tunnel brings out the activation of industry including construction business, the activation of added value of economy by terminals, and the effect of community development by the increment of demands in tourism. It is expected that the existing logistics activity structure of Busan, which is mostly the marine transport, and object items of transportation by the undersea tunnel are not overlapped much. Hence, rather than concerning about the shrink of the marine transport, I expect that the increased range of choices will enrich diversity through adding freight transports using undersea railroad or road besides marine and air transports.
