영문 초록

Currently China is governing the Kando(間島). This the nation where the force is strong finally territory and hold. 1962 North Korea contracted China and a border treaty. It recognized the Kando in Chinese territory. This also North Korea where the force is weak to recognize a for degree in Chinese territory in China where the force is strong. If it sees history and it is a sameness. From between 17 century Chosun(朝鮮) and China it contracted the treaty initially regarding the Kando. The Chosun and China against the Kando were had the right which is equal and. Strong China against the Chosun where the force is weak in the after force to be a Chinese territory in order to recognize, the Kando with compulsion. The Chosun does not agree with a history but in demand of China was not. It is like that and the Kando problem is not now solved the thing is. The current international law wants a territory problem is solved peacefully. The fact that it maintains a current state is the one method. 1948 the Korean government which is founded against a Kando territory main hoisting recognized the position of China and it came. 60 year for China is governing the Kando until now. The Kando problem from territory problem is entering recently slowly with history problem. This the hazard which remains with this territory problem regarding the Chinese government it must propose a different meaning inside the time when the Korean government which stands is quick if possible and it is.
