중국의 물류정보공공플랫폼에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 운송기술과 정보기술의 발달로 인한 물류의 발전은 대내적으로는 기업경쟁력의 향상과 대외적으로는 교역량의 증대를 실현시켜주고 있다. 특히 최근 중국에서 물류정보의 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 정부가 주축이 되어 물류정보공공플랫폼을 구축하고 있다. 물류정보공공플랫폼으로 중국은 기존 물류자원의 통합과 물류정보의 흐름을 단일화하여 물류효율을 증진시키려고 하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 중국의 물류는 낙후되어 있는 상태이며, 정보화ㆍ표준화 문제, 물류정보공공플랫폼의 통일화 문제, 중소 물류기업의 낮은 인식 문제 등이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국의 물류정보공공플랫폼에 대한 정책, 구축현황을 살펴보고, 우한(武漢)시ㆍ난창(南昌)시ㆍ롄윈강(蓮雲江)시의 사례를 분석한 후 중국의 물류정보공공플랫폼의 구축상의 문제점과 발전방안에 대해 연구함으로써 중국 물류정보공공플랫폼의 활성화에 기여하는 것을 그 연구목적으로 한다.

영문 초록

Recently, the development of logistics has leaded improvement of business competition internally and growth of trade volume externally due to the development of transport and information technology. Especially, the importance of logistics information is getting bigger in China and government has establishment logistics information public platform by operating a key role. By applying logistics information public platform, China has carried forward a integration of the existing logistics information and unification to promote logistics efficiency. However, level of chinese logistics is still low and there are many problems such as the problems of informatization and standardization, unfication of the logistics information public platform and low awareness of logistics company in China. The purpose of this study is to contribute the revitalization of logistics information public platform by studying the problems and solutions of logistics information public platform by cases of Wuhan, Nanchang and Lianyungang city.
