국문 초록

창의력 계발은 본래 교육의 중요한 기능 중의 하나이다. 우리나라의 제7차 교육과정에서는 학습자의 창의성 신장을 위한 교육을 강조하고 있으며, 학습자의 자율성과 창의성을 신장하기 위한 학생중심의 교육과정을 실시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창의력 신장을 위한 교수-학습방안을 모색하기 위하여, 창의력에 대한 개념을 명확히 하고, 교수-학습모형과 원리를 소개하며, 이를 학교현장에 적용하기 위해 창의력 신장을 위한 교실활동, 창의적 사고에 대한 가치 및 태도 형성, 그리고 창의력 신장을 위한 교실 환경조성 등에 관한 과제를 제시하였다. 결국, 학교교육을 통해 창의력을 신장시키기 위해서는 교육적 환경조성과 함께 교사의 역할이 요구된다. 교사는 교수-학습과정에서 상상력을 발휘할 수 있는 자료나 기회를 많이 제공하고, 그것을 풍부하게 하는 물리적, 심리적 환경을 제공한다. 수업시간에 교사는 학습자로 하여금 스스로 생각해보고 상상해볼 수 있는 충분한 시간을 주고 격려한다. 그리고 자기주도적으로 학습할 수 있도록 하며, 기존의 지식을 충분히 익히도록 한 다음 자유롭게 창의적인 사고를 할 수 있도록 동기를 유발할 수 있도록 한다.

영문 초록

The development of creativity is one of the more important functions of education. In the seventh curriculum, education for learner’s creativity is expanded and emphasized. More of an emphasis is placed on enforcing ‘student centered curriculum’ to put a target on learner’s autonomy and creativity to make “a man that realizes his creative ability on the basis of basic ability”. So within my research, I will clarify the concept of creativity and I will present several tasks for finding a method of instruction-learning and introducing the model and principles about creativity. Those tasks include; classroom activities for creative ability development, value and attitude formation about creative thinking, and assignment about classroom environment furtherance for creative ability etc. Which would be introduced at schools. Finally, throughout the educational system, the teacher’s role of inducing an educative environment would also further develop creativity. Teacheres have to offer the physical, psychological environments needed to supply much data for opportunities that can exercise imagination during the studying process, and fertilize it. They have to encourage students and give them plenty of time for thinking in lesson. Help students in their ‘self-directive learning’ is a very important role for the teacher. They must also try to provoke motive so that the students can be creative and think freely and to learn about the entire topic.
