국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 저학년 아동의 창의성과 학업성적과의 관계를 밝혀냄으로써 초등학교 저학년 아동을 위한 창의성 프로그램을 개발하는 데에 필요한 기초적인 자료를 제시하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 러시아 민족학교(No.1086) 1,2,3학년(7,8.9세) 아동이었으며 Torrence와 Guilford의 창의적 사고력 검사를 통해 창의성을 진단한 후, 이것을 이들의 학업성적과 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 초등학교 저학년 아동의 창의성 형성 여부와 창의성이 학업성적에 어떤 영향을 줄 것인 가에 대한 여부를 확인할 수 있었으며 이에 따라 학교 교육이 아동의 창의성 개발에 도움이 된다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구의 몇 가지 연구 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 러시아 초등학교 1,2학년 아동의 경우엔 언어적 활동 능력보다는 직관적-구체적 활동에 때한 해결 능력이 더 우수하였으며, 3학년 아동의 경우엔 1,2학년 아동과는 달리 언어적 활동 능력이 더 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 러시아 초등학교 아동의 학업성적과 창의성은 70%가 일치하는 매우 의미있는 관계를 보였다. 셋째, 학년별 집단에서의 창의성과 학업성적간의 관계에서는 2,3학년보다 1학년 집단의 창의성과 학업성적간의 관계가 더 높게 나타나고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the present study is in showing the basic data needed in developing the creativity program for the primary lower graders, as revealing the relationships with the creativity and school grade records of the Russian primary school lower graders. The objects of the study were the 1st, 2nd, 3rd graders (7,8,9 of age) of the Russian racial school (No,1086) and after diagnosing the creativity, through the creative thinking power check by Torrance and Guilford, this was compared with their school grade records. By the present study, we could ascertain whether the Russian primary school lower graders’ creativity was formed and what influence the creativity would make on school grade records. Accordingly, we could conclude that school education would be helpful in the development of the children’s creativity. To present a few results of this study is as follows. 1. In case of the primary school children of the 1st, 2nd grades, the solution ability about the intuitive, concrete activity, was superior to verbal active ability, and in case of the 3rd graders, unlike the 1st, 2nd graders, linguistic active ability appeared more excellent. 2. Children’s school grade records and creativity showed very meaningful relationship which was 70% consistent. 3. The first grade group showed higher relationship between their creativity and school grade records than that of the 2nd and 3rd graders.
