영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This thesis aims at finding the activation ways of cooperative citizen-office businesses to cope with problems of current institutions and to activate the businesses, considering that urban creation businesses don’t have a big difference in existing re-construction and re-development, even though the business importance gets emphasized recently. (2) RESEARCH METHOD On the purpose of attaining the aim, this thesis performed literature studies through related exiting theses and books. In addition this thesis performed an inquiry survey, targeting at the persons engaging in related businesses, officials in charge of the affairs, and the figures in the academic world, to draw on the realistic activation ways on important figures drawn on through literature studies. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of investigation on regeneration, urban development business are not progressing actively through citizen-offices, yet. But, in the tendencies of localization, civilization, and arbitration on formulation over all of the social divisions, it is expected to use various development styles approached affectively on the basis of creation and operation mind of civilian parts as well as to secure safety of the businesses under the trusty of public areas. In the serious processes of setting and coming true urban recreation business plans, it is necessary to elevate transparency and to rapidly make progress of plan setting processes so that various subjects can participate in businesses. 2. RESULTS This thesis drew on problems through analyses of rearrangement promotion areas on the progresses and also drew on problems in urban recreation businesses and supplementary factors through inquiry survey of experts. Citizen-Governmental cooperative corporations, as subjects enforcing businesses which perform urban recreation businesses, have to be the most effective business enforcement subject.
