국문 초록

갈수록 급증하고 있는 전자상거래와 이러한 전자상거래 관련 위험을 담보하는 전자상거래 보험의 필요성과 중요성도 증가되고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래 관련 보험의 판매 상황을 알아보기 위하여 국내 손해보험사에서 운영 중인 홈페이지를 비교하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 문제점을 발견하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다. 혼란스러운 보험상품 분류와 게시, 보험상품과 보험용어에 대한 검색능력의 미흡 및 취약, 홈페이지 접속시 너무 번거로운 절차와 팝업창, 제한적인 보험상품 관련 정보와 자료, 전자상거래 관련 보험상품의 다양성 부족 등이 문제점으로 조사되었고, 이들 문제에 각각 대응하기 위하여 상품분류에 대한 원칙의 재정립과 통일안마련, 새로운 검색기술의 적극적인 도입과 모니터링 강화, 기술개발을 통한 사이트 접속방법개선, 정보와 자료의 개방과 공유 노력이 필요, 그리고 적극적으로 다양한 전자상거래 관련 보험의 개발 등이 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

With extremely rapid internet growth, needs of insurance customers have been swiftly changed in buying insurance goods and services, and insurers also have been aggressively corresponded to their tough needs. Consequently uncountable and numerous insurance goods they unexpect have been furnished by the insurers on homepages. However, to the contrary of the insurers' intentions or wishes, these uncountable and numerous insurance goods line-up leads many confusion and inconvenience to insurance customers up to now in reading and selecting insurance goods. Under the above circumstances, this paper studied any possible problems and troubles showed on insurers homepages as regards arrangement and formation of e-commerce insurance goods, and therefore this study aims to present any possible improvement of the same on insurers' homepages for the both parties.
