영문 초록

The purpose of this study is search for the improvement solutions to enlarge the wel fare tourism for the aged i n Kmea. Thcref orc, lh is study was focused on the welfa re tou rism policy and situat ions of welfa re lourism for the aged in Korea. As a result, the substa ntial solutions are as follows : First. the age limit of welfare tourism program change to under 65 from ovel 65. That is. the senim considered the physical health and retirement. Thereby the aged participated in welfare tou rism program in good condition. Second, decision makers come up with measures for expansion of welfa re promotion fund. Third, the program merged two or three goups fo rces into one. For exalllple, senior-ch ildren. senior-Ill ul ti cu ltural fam ilies and senior-one parent families participated in welfare tourism program. which crea te a synergy of intergenerational integration.
