국문 초록

본 논문의 동기는 한 가지의 식물염료로 금속 매염제와 유기용제에 의한 염료 추출 방법과 염료 농축에 따라 다채로운 색상을 연출함으로써 식물염료로 구현할 수 있는 색상의 변화를 알아보는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 염재는 치자를 추출용제로는 물，메탄올 아세톤을 사용 추출 후 실크와 면에 염색하였다. 염색방법은 무매염，선매염，후매염으로 염색하였으며 매염제는 금속매염제를 사용하였다. 추출된 염액의 색상은 컴퓨터로 측정하였으며，염색 각 시료의 L*, a*, b*를 구하고 H, V, C 값을 계산하여 표시하였으며，각 파장대의 반사율을 측정 하고 K/S 값을 구하였다. 일광견뢰도 측정에서 는 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 평가되었다. 세탁견뢰도 실험에서는 견뢰도가 매우 나쁘며，아세톤으로 추출 후 염색한 시 료와 철로 매염한 시료가 다소 나은 것으로 판정되었다. 모든 면 시료는 오염도가 심한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The motive of the dissertation which it sees follows in the dye extract ion method due to the metal mordant and the organic solvent with the plant dye of one branch and dye concentration it produces the hue with the place objective which examines the change of the hue it will be able to embody with the plant dye there is not all difference which is letting. Silk anc! cotton fabrics were dyed with Gardenia extracts by distilled water , methanol and acetone, containing crocin as the main colorant species . T he dyeing was earned out with and without metal salts as mordants, using pre-rnordanting and post -rnordanting. The color of the fabrics was investigated on computer color matching in terms of KlS and L*, a*, b* and ~E. The fast ness to light of the samples morc!anted with fen-Otis sulfate were good. T he fastness to wash ing of the samples were bad, but samples dyed with acetone extracts anc! mordanted with ferrous sulfate were excellent. There were no significance for all the samples in sta ining.
