국문 초록

이 글은 이명박 정부의 일제고사 정책을 들뢰즈의 포획이론으로 분석하는 연구이다. 포획이란 소비의 효용도, 교환 이득도 없는 스톡에 특이한 배치를 가하여 이익을 발생시키는 일이다. 포획이론을 사용하여 일제고사 교육정책을 분석해 보면, 일제고사는 교육적 포획을 행하기 위한 것이다. 이명박 정부는 ‘교육경쟁력 향상’을 통한 ‘선진국가 건설’을 완수하고자 하지만, 신자유주의적 감세 정책으로 세수가 부족하여 교육비를 충분하게 투자를 할 수 없는 상황에 있다. 이에 이명박 정부는 교사들로 하여금 나빠지는 근무여건에 합당한 임금을 지급받지 못한 상태에서 더 많은 시간과 노력을 수업활동에 투입하게 하고, 학부모로 하여금 자발적으로 더 많은 교육비를 지출케 하기 위하여 일제고사를 실시하는 것이다.

영문 초록

A purpose of this study is to stipulate National Assessment of Educational Achievement as a ‘capture’. In these days, National Assessment of Educational Achievement of Korea government is most influential education policy in Korea Education Society. So, it is necessary to carefully and critically analyze the National Assessment of Educational Achievement policy in order to develope Korea education. Deleuze is one of currently most influential scholars, and his thoughts are estimated as appropriate thinking for analysis on features of current society. Deleuze’s capture theory refers to a making of profits on stocks by new assembles of resources. A immediate comparison and exclusive possession are preconditions for the capturing, and nation society is a representative power of the capture. In according to the capture theory, National Assessment of Educational Achievement is for a capture event. In case that a nation carries out the Assessment and publicly inform it’s results, teachers are going to voluntarily put into more endeavor for preparing for the Assessment without any profits, parents are going to pay more educational expense voluntarily. Even though investments for improvement of educational achievement is responsibility for nation society, the nation impute sophisticatedly the responsibility to teachers and parents through fulfilling of the National Assessment of Educational Achievement. A educational capture would be happened at this circumstance
