국문 초록

다문화가정의 여성결혼이민자들이 한국생활에서 많은 스트레스를 호소하고 있어 이들이 스트레스를 성공적으로 극복하고 행복한 가정을 이룩하도록돕기 위해 여성결혼이민자의 스트레스의 유형을 파악하고 ， 스트레스에 대한 유형별 특성을 확인하여 맞춤형의 스트레스 해소방안을 강구하고자 한다 .본 연구는 Q 방법론의 주관성연구이다 . 심층면담과 문헌고찰을 활용하여 Q-모집단을 만들고 ， 36개의 진술문을 Q -표본으로 완성하였다 P 표본은 K시 거주 여성결혼이민자 24명이었으며 진술문 카드를 배분 ， 강한긍정과 강한 부정문항에 대한 이유를 인터뷰하였다 . 연구결과로는 여성결혼이민자의 스트레스 유형이 가족무시형 ， 공적 지원 부족형 ， 감정적 부적응형 ， 속수무책형 ， 궁핍형 5가지로 나타났다 . 제 1유형은 배우자와 시댁식구들로부터 무시 당하는 생활을 주로 하는 가족 무시형이고 제 2유형은 의사소통 문제와 경제적 활동 및 자녀앙육에 대한 지원기관이나 지원자들로 부터 공적 사회적 지지를 받지 못하는 공적 지원 부족형이며 제 3유형은 한국에 잘 적응하지 못해 본국의 가족， 친구나 고향을 그리워하는 감정적 부적응형이고 제 4유형은 한국에 와서 속았다고 느끼고 실망감이 크나 본국으로 돌아갈 수 없는 속수 무책형이며 제 5유형은 경제적 어려움으로 매우 힘들어하는 궁핍형이다 . 본 연구결과는 여성결혼이민자의 스트레스 유형을 인식하여 맞춤형의 개별화된 정책과 스트레스 유형별 ， 유형간 맞춤형의 스트레스관리 프로그램개발의 계기가 된다. 또한 지역을 확대하여 반복 연구를 시도하고 스트레스대처방안 및 전략 연구를 시도할 것을 제언한다 . 다학제간 연구 및 정책제언이 이루어지기를 희망한다 .

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the stress patterns of immigrant women of multicultural families who married to Korean men by Q-methodology and propose the developmental strategy in order to help them to reduce their stress appropriately in tailored method. 36 Q-statemems were collected through individual interviews in professionals and immigrant women, and review of related literatures. 24 subjects were interviewed, and data were analyzed by QUANL program. The findings of the study are as follows. 5 different types of stress were classified as follows. Type 1 was named the type of family disregard. Husband and parents in-law used to abuse to them. Type 2 was named the type of lack of public resources. There were no organization or person that support to them. Type 3 was named the type of emotional maladaptation. Immigrant women could not be adapted to life in Korea in missing the family and friends of their mother nations. Type 4 was named the type of overwhelming. Because immigrant women suffered delusions from husband or intermediary, they could not have no ideas and do anything related to every life. Type 5 was named the type of destitute. Even they were poor, they could not make money, because they were not speak Korean fluently and could not get jobs. Therefore, it needs considering above each type in nursing intervention of immigrantwomen. The individual approach is needed to reduce immigrant women their stress in Korea.
