출판관련 교육 커리큘럼의 트랙제 운영과 학과별 운영에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 논문의 연구 목적은 학과별 운영 방식과 트랙제 운영 방식을 비교하여 어느 운영방식이 출판학 교육에 유리한 것인가를 찾아내고자 하는 것이다. 다음과 같이 6항목으로 나누어 커리큘럼을 비교 검토한다. ① 출판환경의 변화와 교육과정, ② 2년제 학과별 운영, ③ 2년제와 3년제 학과별 운영 커리큘럼 비교, ④ 2년제 트랙제 운영, ⑤ 2년제 학과 별 운영과 트랙제 운영 커리큘럼 비교, ⑥ 3년제 학과별 운영과 트랙제 운영 커리큘럼 비교. 출판산업과 같이 광범위한 영역을 차지하는 업계의 교육 커리큘럼은 학과제 운영보다는 각 분야의 전문가가 교육에 참여하는 트랙별 운영 방식이 합리적이고 실용적이다. 트랙별 운영은 군단위 운영 방식과 함께 할 때 더욱 효과적이다. 군단위에다 교수 트랙별로 운영을 하면 학생들은 해당 학과에서 개설된 모든 과목을 반드시 이수해야하는 부담에서 벗어서 학과의 일부 과목만 이수하고 나머지 학점은 군내에서 다양한 과목을 수강할 수 있는 권리가 생긴다. 각기 다른 특기와 취향을 갖고 있는 학생에게 최대한 욕구를 충족시켜줄 수 있고 심도 깊은 교육이 가능한 커리큘럼이 바로 교수 트랙별 운영 방식이다. 학 생의 욕구를 만족시켜주는 것이 교육 효과를 높일 수 있는 동기 부여와 밀접한 관련이있기 때문이다. 학과별 운영 방식과 트랙제 운영 방식에 대해 비교 검토하고 얻은 결론은 능력 있는 출판인을 양성하는데 적합한 교육과정은 수십년간 시행해온 학과별 운영 방식보다는 트랙제 운영 방식이라는 것이다. 교수별로 전공 트랙제를 실시했을 때 해당 전공 분야의 심도 깊은 교육이 가능하고, 학과별로 개설된 모든 과목을 필수적으로 이수할 필요 없이 학생 각자가 본인의 관심 트랙별로 교과목을 선택하였을 때 각 학생의 교육 성취도가 더 높아질 수 있어 좀더 능력 있는 출판인을 양성해낼 수 있는 것이다.

영문 초록

The research goal of the present paper compares the department of subject system operating method and the track system operating method and seeks that which operating method in publishing education is better. And observe the next 6 items in order. ① Publishing environment change and curriculum, ② 2 years subject system operation, ③ Curriculum comparison between 2 years and 3 years subject system operation, ④ 2 years track system operation, ⑤ Curriculum comparison between 2 years subject system operation and track system operation, ⑥ Curriculum comparison between 3 years subject system operation and track system operation. Track system operating where the specialist in each field participates is reasonable and practical rather than subject system operating from educational curriculum of the publishing industry as occupying a wide range of industry. The group unit is composed of 3 or 4 departments of subject. The track system operation when doing with group unit method together, is more effective. If college operate track system with group unit system, the students need not to earn all credits from the department of subject. The students could have the right to take various subjects from the group unit within the remaining credits which is compulsory when they graduate from college. It is the individual professor track system operations that could arrange for in-depth training curriculum and to meet the best needs for student who has different skills and tastes. To satisfy the needs of students will be motivated to increase educational effectiveness, and because closely related. Comparing and reviewing the subject system operating method and the track system operating method, the conclusion is that track system operating method is more suitable for publishing industry and publishing education rather than subject system operating method carried out for several decades.
