국문 초록

루마니아 문학의 정점(頂點)인 1930 년대 루마니아 리얼리즘 문학의 혁명가 카밀 페트레스쿠(Camil Petrescu) 는 글쓰기 (stilul scrisului) -소설 창작-에 관한 이론， 새로운 서술 구조(Noua struclura) 를 제시한다. 서구의 문학이 반리얼리즘을 표방하여 아방가르든 문학이 자리를 잡던 20세기 초 루마니아 문학은 상징주의가 확고하게 자리 잡는 시기이 다. 마체돈스키(A. Macedonski)가 조직한 문학서클 외에 멘수시아누(O. Densusianu) 와 그의 문예지 『새 생명 Viata noua』을 중심으로 한 문학그룹이 등장하는데， 당시 루마니아 문학은 상정주의가 아니면 주목받지 못하는 실정이었다. 이때에 카밀 페트레스쿠는 1차 대전에 참전한 경험을 바탕으로 쓴 시 『Ciclul mortii 죽음의 순환』을 발표하려하지 만 출판사로부터 상정주의 시가 아니면 출판할 수 없다는 통보를 받는다. 그러나 현실과의 접촉을 시도한 『 Ciclul mortii』을 기반으로 하여 카밀 페트레스쿠는 1930 년대에 그의 대작 『Ultima noapte dedragoste, Intaia noapte de razboi 사랑의 마지막 밤， 전쟁의 첫 번째 밤』(1930), 『patul lui Procust 프로크루스테스의 침대』(1933) 를 발 표하고 글쓰기에 관한 이론 『Noua structura si opera lui Marcel Proust 새로운 서술 구조와 마르셀 프루스트의 작품』을 발표한다. 그의 소설은 당시 루마니아 문학이 서유럽 지향과 전통 지향， 양 갈래로 나뉘어 논쟁될 때 리얼리즘으로 대표되는 서유럽지향의 모더니즘 문학이 루마니아 문학사에 확고히 자리 잡는데 일조하였고， 문학에 철 학이나 심리학 등 타학문을 적용하는 이론을 펼쳐 문학계에 큰 화두가 되기도 하였다. 프랑스의 소설가 마르셀 프루스트 (Marcel Proust)와 그의 작품의 영향을 받은 자신만의 독특한 글쓰기 이론, "새로운 서술구조”를 만들어 냈고， 이 이론을 바탕으로 카밀 페트레스쿠는 소설 창작에만 열을 올리던 작가들에게 소설 창작의 기초가 되는 이론을 제시 하였다. 그의 소설 작품은 과거와 현재， 시공간을 넘나들며 주인공이 쏟아내는 끝없는 기억과 회상， 고백과 진술은 풍부한 사실적 묘사로 높이 평가받으며 루마니아 문학사에 길이 남은 중요한 작품으로 인정받고 있다. 또한 20세기 초 루마니아 문학이 서유럽 문학의 흐름과 같이 할 수 있도록 힘을 보탠 최고의 리얼리즘 작가로 평가받고 있다.

영문 초록

In 30', the height of Romanian literature, Camil Petrescu, revolutionist of the Romanian realism literature, suggested a new descriptive theory, The New Descriptive Structure(Noua Structura). In the opening part of 20C, when settled down avantgard literature which stand for anti-realism in western Europe, Symbolism occupied Romanian literature. Along with literature circle organized by A. Macedonski, literature group which led by O. Densusianu and his literary magazine f'New Vitality- Viata nouaJ appeared and in those days no other literature than symbolism happened to draw no attention. Then Camil Petrescu tried to publish the poem rCirculation of Death- Ciclul mortiiJ which reflects his experience in World WarⅠ, but he got a notice of refusal by a publisher, only because it was not symbolic. But on the basis of the poem 「circulation of death- Ciclul mortii」 which was intended to reflect true-life, in 30' Camil Petrescu published his masterpieces such as 「The last night of Amor, the first night of warUltima noapte de dragoste, Intaia noapte de razboi」(1930), 「the bed of Procrustes- Patul lui Procust」(1933) and theory for writing 「new narrative structure and Marcel Proust's works -Noua structura $i opera lui Marcel Proust」 His novels contributed to the establishment of modernism literature which was inclined to Western Europe in the time of debating between the tradition-inclined and the western Europe-inclined, and his theory which adopted other learning such as philosophy or psychology aroused controversy in literature fields. At that time the assertion that Romanian literature mimicked the western literature without understanding the depth and must be based on local tradition prevailed. Notwithstanding these criticisms, Camil Petrescu wrote novels based on his new theory for writhing and his works began to show the influence of his "new narrative structure". Camil Petrescu provide the basic theory of writhing to writers who only focused on writhing. He settled down as mainstream with the support of a very best contemporary critic Eugen Lovinescu. Horetensia P. Bengescu who is considered the best Romanian female writer and Mircea Eliade who had returned from India and was concentrating on writing had been influenced by him with consideration of their works. His novels are considered as important works in Romanian literature with the principal character's incessantly pouring memories, reflections, confessions and narrations. Also he is considered the best writer who made the Romanian literature go along with the mainstream of western literature in early 20C.
