국문 초록

이 논문은 스뚜데니짜(Studenica) 합류 지역 주변 방언의 강세유형에 관한 것이다. 이 지역 강세목록에는 4가지 유형의 강세가 모두 존재한다. 짧은 올림 조 강세는 아직 음운론적으로 유의하지는 않으며 구(old) 내림조 강세가 한 음 절 앞의 짧은 음절로 전이된 이후 짧은 내림조 강세의 변이형으로 나타나고 있 다. 강 하류 일부 지역에서는 metatonic acute 강세로 불리는 강세가 존재한다. 즉, 긴 음절은 주로 강세 앞에 오며 강세 뒤에는 드물게 오는 현상이다. 긴 오름조 강세의 분포 위치에는 제한이 없다. 주로 첫째 음절과 단어 중간 음절에 온다. 신(neo) 긴 오름조 강세는 끝에서 두 번째 음절뿐만 아니라 첫째 음절에 가까운 위치나 첫째 음절에서 온다. metatonijski akut 강세는 다음절어 에서 어말 이외의 음절에 오는데, 첫째 음절에 가까운 위치나 끝에서 두 번째 음 절에서 자주 볼 수 있다. 강세가 없어지는 무강세화 현상이나 한 단어에 2개 이상의 강세가 오는 이중 강세 현상, 그리고 한 단어가 서로 다른 강세 유형을 가진 변이강세형 및 구, 신 강세가 전접어에 전이되는 현상도 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This work discusses the prosodic system of Serbian as spoken along the Studenica River in the southwest of Serbia. The prosodemic inventory includes all four standard accents, of which the short rising accent no longer has phonological status. The short rising prosodeme occurs as a phonological variant of the short falling accent following the shift of the older falling accents to a previous short quality. In some villages along the lower Studenica, a metatonic acute accent can also be found. Long vowels now regularly occur before the accent, while post‐accent long vowels are merely facultative. The long falling accent occurs in free distribution. The optimal position for the short falling accent is the initial or medial syllable. The new long falling accent is not always restricted to the penultimate syllable, but rather occurs additionally in syllables close to the beginning of the word, as well as in initial position. The metatonic acute occurs primarily in non‐final position of polysyllabic words, most frequently on the penultimate syllable. Cases of de‐accentuation have been recorded in previously accented words, as well as cases of double accentuation, variant accentuation and old and new shifting of the accent to proclitics.
