유산기를 통해 본 조선시대 삼각산 여행의 시공간적 특성

국문 초록

본 연구는 조선시대 경기 일원에서 가장 빈번하게 유산의 대상이 되었던 삼각산의 여행구조와 시공간적 특성을 밝히고, 선행연구와의 비교를 통해 일상적 삶과 보다 밀착된 여가활동공간으로서의 차별성을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구결과, 여행자들의 사회경제적 특성과 여행구조와의 연관성은 전반적으로 낮았으나 거주지 분포는 여행세력권 형성에 영향을 미쳐 삼각산이 서울의 근교여행지로서 여정과 체재기간이 짧은 단기여행지의 특성이 두드러졌다. 여행경로는 4가지로 유형화되었는데 삼각산의 입지특성과 지세에 크게 영향을 받았다. 견문자원은 자연경관과 북한산성 중심의 역사문화유적에 집중되었고, 여행행태는 산수감상 및 문화유산 고찰 외에 동반자들과의 대화, 시작활동, 풍류체험 등으로 나타났다. 한편 선행연구와의 비교 결과, 동반유형과 이동수단, 숙식형태, 여행 시기와 행태 등에서 유사한 특징을 보인 반면 여행 동기와 기간, 동반규모, 코스선택, 자원방문 빈도 등에서는 차이점을 발견할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study examined to clarify spatiotemporal characteristics of traveling to Mt. Samgak in the Chosun Dynasty as viewed through Travel accounts. Major results of this study can be outlined as followings: individual characteristics of traveller rarely affected on a structure of traveling. By the sphere of traveling that is associated with the distribution of traveller’s residence, Mt. Samgak has got a small circle within the suburbs of Seoul and a site of short trip. Travel courses were divided into 4 types which have reflected on location of mountain and geographical features and a favorable tourist resources were broadly the natural and cultural sites with Bukhansanseong. Most travellers appreciated beautiful scenery and historical heritage, also they enjoyed spending time for discussing with their companions, writing poems, and delighted in music. As compared with the previous researches, there were few differences in motivations, number of companion, period traveling, travel courses and frequency of visiting favorable site. However, there were also similarities such as transportations, favorable time for trip, a site lodging and boarding and tourist behaviors.
