전남 보성지역 차응애에 대한 cyflumetofen과 spiromesifen의 효력검정

국문 초록

차응애에 대해 spiromesifen과 cyflumetofen의 효력을 시험한 결과, cyflumetofen은 모든 발육태에 매우 우수한 약효를 보였다. Spiromesifen은 난, 유충, 전약충과 같은 발육태에는 매우 우수한 약효를 보였으나, 성충태에 대해서는 약효가 다소 감소하였다. 시험약제들의 처리에서 생존한 자성충들의 산란수와 부화율은 무처리와 비교하여 큰 차이가 있었다. 차응애의 혼합태에 대한 시험에서 시험 살비제는 모두 우수한 밀도억제효과를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 시험결과들로 보아 시험 살비제들은 차응애의 방제약제로 사용할 수 있으며, spiromesifen의 0.33ml/l와 cyflumetofen의 0.25-0.33 ml/l 등은 이들 약제의 적정 사용농도로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The acaricidal activity of spiromesifen and cyflumetofen on tea red spider mite, Tetranychus kanzawai Kishida was evaluated in laboratory bioassays. Cyflumetofen was highly effective against all stages of tea red spider mite. Spiromesifen was highly effective against egg, larva and protonymph, however, efficacy for adult female was slightly reduced. In surviving adult females exposed to cyflumetofen and spiromesifen, we observed significant reduction in reproduction and egg hatchability. Spiromesifen and cyflumetofen exhibited excellent activity to mixed developmental stages of tea red spider mite. Based on the results, spiromesifen and cyflumetofen could be used for the control of tea red spider mite and 0.33 ml/l of spiromesifen and 0.25-0.33 ml/l of cyflumetofen were recommended as their field rates.
