영문 초록

Under the global and boundless competitive business, A business cost of SMEs is very sensitive problem to gain competitive power. Therefore, the purpose of this study aims to analyse satisfaction of SMEs selecting a competitive Freight Forwarders. We focused on the factors to influence a business cost of SMEs with document service, transportation on time, risk improvement and additional service which is supplied by Freight Forwarders. And We derive competitiveness factors of Freight Forwarders from this result.
