측량기준점의 효율적 관리방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

  이 연구는 측량기준점 체계의 정비와 이용 및 관리적 측면에서 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 관리방안을 분석하여 일원화방안을 모색하며 세계측지계를 대비한 국가측량기준점 체계의 나아갈 방향을 제시코자 하였다. 또한 현행 법률의 완전 일원화 방안을 위해 국토조사관리기본법제정을 통한 법률적 뒷받침과 GPS상시관측소의 통합망을 통한 측량기준점 정비 및 일원화방안을 모색하였고 세계측지계 성과를 기반으로 한 기준점관리시스템구성과 GPS상시관측소 추가 통합구성 방안과 측량기준점표지의 고도화를 위해 공동 표지 활용과 유비쿼터스 기준점체계의 추진방안을 연구하였다.

영문 초록

  This study presents the way where the survey Control Points System should have to go for the preparation of the conversion of the World Geodetic System by the establishment of the precise survey Control Points System based on the analysis results of the efficient management plan for the usages, maintenances, and administrative for the efficient management of the survey Control Points.
  In this research, efficient management plans of the Survey Control Points are suggested as shown below : For the Legal Aspects, completely-mixing plan for fully compounding between the two Law System. and establishment plan of the National Land Spacial Information Administration Agency. For the administrative Aspects, it is dealt with the four efficient management plans, such as survey Control Points management and Results Unification plan, System integration and management plan, and the Unified Results Registration plan based on the World Geodetic System. For the Technical Aspects, it is dealt with the efficient management plan of the survey Control Point System for the preparation of the conversion of the World Geodetic System in 2010 by the different perspectives, such as collaborated operating and managing the GPS Continuous Operating Reference System, forwarding the Ubiquitous Survey Control Point System, and preparing the collaborated working regulation of the GPS Satellite Control points.
