영문 초록

  The namely paper document is going transferring with the electronic document. Like this change protects the electronic document to the level which is identical with the paper document and it applies to make the various law for, it is putting out. Even in like this time change in spite of the process law regarding a crime trial the document is providing one system at prerequisite. From the namely charge sheet, the application and justice, decision it bites, the written record, the sacred place, the certificate document back is providing a crime trial process in the document which is all paper document.
  The process law regarding like this current crime trial the document because provides a crime trial process at prerequisite all criminal case administration of justice agencies will draw up the document which is necessary to a crime trial process with the paper document and they will reach and they move physically and it preserves the method which they take.
  Introduction of electronic document system it could be applied with the plan which comes true the basic idea of criminal action from criminal case process. First, it introduces a electronic document system with there to be it will be able to improve a business transaction speed, it is quick and it will be able to guarantee the right which will administer justice. Second, it stores recording with electronic method and owns jointly with the business transaction which is accurate to be possible, it becomes, even in discovery of the entity truth which is an idea which criminal action is important it is contributed. Third, it introduces a electronic document system and public power exercising process it is transparent very and it will be able to improve. It will be able to contribute even in the protection of human rights due to the result legal process. Finally, It introduces a electronic document system with it will be able to contribute in lawsuit economy. It will economize a namely recording preservation space, it will be able to diminish a business quantity.
  Therefore, when it draws up the lawsuit document with the former, Submission, deliver, preservation the legal basis regarding the concept against the electronic document and a electronic signature and a legal effect and a use method is necessary.
