보육시설평가 평가준거체계의 개선방향 탐색

국문 초록

  본 연구는 우리나라 보육시설평가 평가준거체계의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방향을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위하여 보육시설의 질 및 평가준거체계에 관련된 이론들을 규명하고, 주요 외국 보육시설평가의 평가준거체계들을 사례로 분석하였다. 이를 근거로 보육시설평가 평가 준거체계의 문제점 및 개선방향을 모색하였다.
  연구 결과, 보육시설평가의 평가준거체계는 평가의 타당도, 신뢰도, 유용성, 실현가능성을 제고하기 위하여 개선방향으로 평가영역 및 평가부문의 선정을 보육시설체제 전반으로 확대하고, 평가지표의 양을 증가시키고 내용을 구체화하며, 평가지표의 가치를 영유아프로그램 목적 성취에 적절성에 관련하여 판단하고, 평가지표의 가치 판단을 영유아프로그램별로 실시하고, 평가준거체계에서 가중치를 합리적으로 반영할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

  Today, the nations in world effort to improve the quality of child care centers. For this purpose, the child care center evaluation is operating by the nations each other. The purposes of this study are to provide the improvement strategies of the evaluation criteria system of child care center evaluation. For achieving this purposes, this study analyzed the theories which are related the qualities of child care center, theories which are related the evaluation criteria system, and the evaluation criteria systems of child care centers in America.
  The results of the study were founded five problems of the evaluation criteria system of the child care centers evaluation. Based on the results, this study suggests five improvement strategies for evaluation criteria system of child care centers evaluation. As follow;
  First, the evaluation criteria system of child care center evaluation have to involve all areas rather than some areas of child care center systems. Second, the amount of evaluation criteria have to be more than now in numbers. Third, the evaluation indicators have to be written in details. Forth, the evaluation indicators have to reflect the appropriateness for the child care centers purposes. Fifth, the weighting of evaluation criteria have to be reflected.
