조기치료기관 타 영역 치료사의 음악치료에 대한 인식

국문 초록

  이 연구의 목적은 조기치료기관 타 영역 치료사의 음악치료에 대한 인식을 질적인 연구 방법으로 고찰한 것으로 근거이론 접근법(grounded theory)을 활용하여 수행하였다. 이 연구는 조기치료기관 타 영역 치료사의 음악치료에 대한 인식을 인터뷰 한 후 그 내용을 범주화하고 구성원 확인과 동료에게 보고하기의 과정을 포함한 삼각측량을 통해 연구의 신뢰도를 높였다. 이 연구에서 타 영역 치료사들의 음악 치료에 대한 인식은 116개의 개념으로 나뉘어졌으며 이 개념은 다시 10개의 범주로 분류하는 과정을 통하여 결국 3개의 핵심범주를 도출할 수 있었다.
  도출된 핵심범주를 살펴보면 타 영역 치료사들은 첫 번째 “실행별 인식”에서는 음악치료의 대상, 진행되는 형태와 음악치료 활동들이 다양하다고 인식하고 있었으며 두 번째 “영역별 인식”에서는 음악치료가 양적/질적 접근이 모두 가능하고 상황에 따라서 아동에게 보조적/일차적 치료로 적용되며 교육적/치료적으로 적용된다고 인식하고 있었다. 마지막으로 “임상별 인식”에서는 음악치료가 다양한 목적을 가지며 효과가 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 하지만 진단평가에 대한 내용은 언급하지 않거나 고유한 음악치료 진단평가의 부재를 인식하고 있었다. 또한 음악치료사의 조건은 교육배경에 따라 그 치료의 내용과 수준에 차이가 있고 음악치료사의 자질로 음악적 기술과 임상적 기술의 필요성에 대해 인식하고 있었으며 임상에서 지속적으로 자신의 부족함을 성장시키려는 노력이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study was to investigate the music therapy recognitions of non-music therapist at early treatment institutions with qualitative methods, and the grounded theory was used.
  This study was about music therapy recognition of an early treatment institution. This study increased its reliability by triangulation including categorizing, member checking, and peer debriefing, after interviews with non-musical therapists, who worked at an early treatment institution, regarding their recognitions on music therapy. Sorting 116 sub-types of the recognitions and re-sorting them into IO different categories, this study achieved three core categories of non-musical therapists" recognitions on music therapy: performative, field, and practical.
  The first category of "performative recognition" indicated that non-musical therapists recognized music therapy endured various types of objects, sessions and activities. The second category of "field recognition" indicated that they recognized music therapy allowed quality/quantity approaches; it could be applied to children"s primary/secondary therapies; and it could be applied as educational/therapeutic. Finally, the third category of "practical recognition" indicated that non-musical therapists recognized various purposes and effects of music therapy. They, however, pointed out the lack of distinct music therapeutic assessments or did not mention about the assessment at all. These non-musical therapists considered that the contexts and levels of music therapies depended on the therapists" educational background; qualified music therapists were required to have both musical and practical skills; and therapists needed to put continuous endeavor to improve one"s deficiency on practical process.
