산ㆍ학ㆍ관의 3대 축 이동에 따른 연계화 전략

국문 초록

  지적 분야에 직면한 현안들을 해결하기 위하여 산·학·관의 협력이 그 어느 때보다 시급한 상황으로 각 활동주체 역할의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 산ㆍ학ㆍ관의 연계이론 및 직면하고 있는 현안을 검토하여 합리적이고 바람직한 산·학·관의 3대 축 연계화 전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하고 원활한 연구진행을 위한 대상 및 범위는 산ㆍ학ㆍ관 연계 이론, 산·학·관 3대 축의 변화 및 한계, 산ㆍ학ㆍ관 연계화 전략 모형 설계 등으로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사와 전문가 interview를 통하여 자료를 수집하며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 경험적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점에서 도출하였다. 산ㆍ학ㆍ관의 3대 축 연계화 전략은 ① 인적 Network 연계전략 ② 상호신뢰도 증진 연계전략 ③ 개인의 역량강화전략 ④ Blue Ocean 창출 연계전략 등 4개 영역에 각각 3개의 혁신사업(project)을제시하였다

영문 초록

  In order to solve a pending issue which various cadastral fields are confronted with, Industry-University-Government cooperation is a urgent matter now, and the importance of each activity subjective role is embossed.
  The purpose of this study is to provide a reasonable and desirable linking strategy related in the three axes of Industry-University-Government by examining its linking theory and a pending issue that is confronted. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to the linking theory of Industry-University-Government, the change and limits of three axes and the model design of linking strategy. Through documentary survey and the expert interview as research method, a file was kept, and a descriptive and a empirical access was applied. The research findings are as follows; Linking strategy in accordance with the three axes of Industry- University-Government allocated each three innovation projects to four domains such as the linking strategy for human network, mutual trust increase, personal capability consolidating, and blue ocean creation.
