3차원 지적을 위한 건축물 취득에 관한 연구

국문 초록

  한정된 자원인 토지에 비하여 지속적으로 증가하는 다목적 입체건축물은 지적에 있어서 토지의 평면적 사용에 대한 개념을 지표, 지상, 지하 즉 3차원 공간을 입체적으로 활용하는 단계로 바꿔 놓았다. 2차원 기반 지적정보의 한계성은 3차원 공간정보의 필요성을 더욱 가중하고 있다. 3차원 지적에서 요구되는 건축물의 정보는 절대기준에 의한 3차원 공간좌표 뿐만 아니라 형태, 색상, 텍스처(Texture) 등과 같은 가시화정보의 구축도 필요로 한다. 3차원 지적을 위한 좌표기준의 설정과 대축척 건축물 등록에 관한 연구가 필요하다.
  본 연구에서는 3차원 지적을 위한 건축물 취득에 관한 기술적 접근방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 주상복합건물이 밀집한 블록을 대상으로 1/1000 수치지도에 불규칙삼각망(TIN) 알고리즘을 적용하여 입체필지를 생성하고 지상 LiDAR를 활용하여 포인트 클라우드(Point Cloud)기반의 건축물을 취득하여 입체필지에 등록하였다. 3차원 지적좌표계로 구축된 건축물의 정확도평가에서 x, y, z의 RMSE는 각각 3.8cm, 3.6cm, 2.9cm로 나타났다.

영문 초록

  Multipurpose three dimensional buildings, that is continuously increasing as compared to estimate that is limited land, have turned concept of two dimensional use of estimate in cadastre into surface, ground, and underground, that is, a stage that activates three dimensional space in three dimensions. The limitation of cadastre information based on two dimensions is weighting the necessity of three dimensional space information. The information of buildings required in three dimensional cadastre needs not only three dimensional spatial coordinate by absolute condition, but also construction of visible information, such as form, color, and texture. The study of setting up coordinate standard for 3D cadastre and the registration of large-scale buildings is necessary. In this study, it presented technical access plan of acquiring buildings for 3D cadastre. For this on residential-commercial close block, volume parcel is created by applying TIN algorithm to 1/1000 digital map, and buildings based on Point Cloud are acquired by activating ground LiDAR, then registered in volume parcel. In accuracy assessment of buildings constructed by the coordinate system of 3D cadastre, RMSE of x, y, z is presented by 3.8cm, 3.6cm, and 2.9cm each.
