국문 초록

  자원봉사자의 활동 유효성은 사회나 기관으로부터 부여받은 사명인 클라이언트의 바람직한 변화와 개인의 성공적인 활동유지가 가능하도록, 개인의 만족을 통해 생산성과 효과성 향상을 꾀하는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 자원봉사자들의 업무만족, 활동몰입, 활동지속의지를 통해 활동유효성을 높이는데 자원봉사자의 임파워먼트 수준이 어떠한 영향력을 가지고 있는지에 대한 연구문제에서 출발하였다. 연구결과를 통해 자원봉사자의 임파워먼트가 자원봉사자의 활동유효성과의 관계에서 긍정적 효과를 가진다는 사실을 도출하였다. 임파워먼트의 영향력요인이 활동유효성 하위요인과의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의미성을 가지지 못하였지만, 자원봉사자의 관리조직에서는 봉사자의 임파워먼트 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 필요성과 임파워링해줄 수 있는 관리시스템이 필요하는 것을 알게 해준 결과라고 볼 수 있다. 자원봉사자의 활동유효성을 높이기 위해서는 자원봉사 조직, 업무, 개인적 특성에 대한 지원과 관리도 중요하지만, 자원봉사자의 임파워먼트를 통해 효과의 총량을 강화시키는 것이 더욱 효과적일 것이라는 가설을 지지한 것이다.

영문 초록

  The effectiveness of volunteers’ activities means that their improvements of productivity and effect by their individual satisfaction are able to make their clients/recipients changed in a good way and maintain their successful activities, mainly their mission given by society and organization.
  This thesis starts to investigate the issue on how the level of volunteers’ impowerment affects to enhance the effectiveness of their activities throughout their task satisfaction, activities’ devotion, sustainable willingness of activities.
  As a result of its study, it’s been derived from the fact that the empowerment of volunteers related with the effectiveness of their activities has a positive effect.
  It’s resulted in a remarkable recognition that it’s in necessity to develop the programme for the advancement of volunteers’ empowerment in the volunteers’ administrative organization, and the administrative system to be able to empower is necessary, even though the effective factors of empowerment, associated with the lower factors of activities’ effectiveness don’t have statistically meaningfulness.
  Although it’s important to support and administer the voluntary social work organization, task, individual characteristics in order to enhance the effectiveness of volunteers’ activities, it proves the hypothesis that it’ll be more effective to reinforce the total amounts of effect throughout the volunteers’ empowerment.
