영문 초록

  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  This study is aimed at understanding the component that expertise recognized by public officials to look for raising their expertise.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  In order to perform a study on component concerning expertise were reviewed. And the questionnaire was expertise the consciousness public officials. And the major statistical methods used for this research were relative importance analysis.
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  For this study, the questionnaires were given to 110 Real Estate-public officials, 109 general public officials, and 117 customers who are working, residual city hall of Gwang-Gu metropolitan, Jeon-Nam area to conduce a survey.
  2. RESULTS
  The relative importance analysis results are as follows. The rank of importance are ① real estate public officials and general public officials : knowledge-experience-ethic-regulation-value system. ② customer : knowledge-ethic-experience-regulation-value system.
