유아 예비교사들의 자기 효능감과 교사 효능감에 관한 연구

국문 초록

  본 연구는 교직을 준비하는 예비유아교사들의 자기효능감과 교사 효능감의 수준을 알아보고 결과에 따른 학생들의 학교생활과 전공에 대한 준비를 하는 과정에 내적 성취감을 얻기 위한 동기유발을 일으킬 수 있는 방향을 제시해 줄 수 있는 기초 연구가 된다는 데에 의미를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. A대학 유아교육과에 재학중인 학생 182명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 예비교사는 자신의 수행능력에 대한 신뢰감이 연령과 학년이 높아짐에 따라 점차 높게 형성되어 가고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모의 사회적ㆍ경제적 배경과 관련된 예비 유아교사들의 자기 효능감과 교사 효능감은 의미 있는 차이를 보이지 않다. 이는 예비교사 자신의 사회ㆍ경제적 지위를 넘어설 수 있는 이론과 실습을 통한 유아 교육과정에서 얻어지고 길러질 수 있는 내면적 가치관이라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 자기 효능감과 교사 효능감은 부적 상관을 나타내었다. 실습을 앞두고 교육자로서의 역할기대에 대한 부담감에 기인하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 대학에서 이루어지는 교사양성교육을 통해 교사가 되려는 예비교사들의 교직에 대한 인식과 태도형성 및 교사로서 필요한 지식 획득과정에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 다양한 교수방법 개발에 대한 노력과 더불어 학생들의 동기적 속성에 대한 이해와 동기화 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to clarify the self-efficacy and Teaching-efficacy of Early childhood Pre-service Teachers. The subjects of this study are 182 pre-service teachers of department of Early Childhood Education in A colleage.
  Self-Efficacy instrument is made by Sherer (1983), and Hae Young, Hong(1995) reorganized as this measured instrument of this study and the teaching-efficacy instrument(1990) is made by Enochs & Riggs and Hee Jeen, Kim and Boon Ryu, Lee re-organized as this measured instrument of this study.
  The data was analysed by SPSS PC＋ 10.0 program. Means, %, F-test, t-test, Parson"s r were used for data analysis.
  To accomplish this purpose, the following questions should be researched;
  1. What is the level of self-efficacy for early childhood pre-service teachers ?
  1 - 1. Does different pre-service teachers" age and grade, birth-order affect on the relation of self-efficacy?
  1 - 2. Does different parents" age, job, income of the pre-service teachers are affected on the relation of self-efficacy?
  2. What is the level of teaching-efficacy for early childhood pre-service teachers ?
  1 - 1. Does different pre-service teachers" age and grade, birth-order affect on the relation of teaching-efficacy?
  1 - 2. Does different parents" age , job, income of the pre-service teachers are affected on the relation of teaching-efficacy?
  3. What is the relation among the self-efficacy, teaching-efficacy for early childhood pre-service teachers?
  The results of this study are following :
  1. There is no statistically significant difference in the relation between self-efficacy and teaching-efficacy depending on parent"s age, job, academic career, economic and social level.
  2. There is a significant difference in the general teaching-efficacy, the personal teaching-efficacy.
  3. There is a significant negative difference in the general self-efficacy, personal teaching-efficacy.
  4. There is a significant negative difference in the self-efficacy, teaching-efficacy.
