영문 초록

  As indication in introduction 1 of Incoterms 2000, Incoterms deal only with the relationship between the sellers and buyers under the contract of sale, and moreover, only do so in some very distinct respects. Nonetheless, Incoterms are price terms on the sales contract or offer in a narrow sense, but in a broad sense, sales contract of trade terms focused on the seller"s delivery obligation. So we call them for example, such as CIF contract or FOB contract. Therefore, in a sense, sales contract, payment contract, contract of carriage, insurance contract which are necessarily accompanied by in foreign trade can be the result of reflection in a concrete way, particularly A.l provision of goods in conformity with the contract, A.3 contract of carriage and insurance, A.4 delivery, A.8 delivery, transport document or equivalent electronic message, B.l payment among provisions of Incoterms 2000.
  We are keep in mind that Incoterms are not only price terms but also sales contract in itself, and the internationally recognized means for the both parties to determine "who does what" as well as the documents and payment which has relations with main sales contract, subsequent contracts of payment, carriage, insurance.
