영문 초록

？？This study concern with landform development and human lives in the Nak-Dong River Delta region. It is attempt to geographycal approach clarifying the region where the KaYa dynasty were with geomorphology and the people"s lives and natural environment During the KaYa dynasty the Nak-Dong delta was under the sea level, adjacent areas surrounding the delta were not as present extent and unsuitable for agriculture due to the tide with saline water, flood and typoon which have been occurred regularly. Patterns of settlements and shape of houses which locate at mountain slope near the delta and locate at small hillside within the delta, even though they are engaging agriculture, represent fishing settlement rather than agricultural settlement. From the view point of location and distribution of settlement within the study area it is seems that basic economy of KaYa dynasty was fishing and trade and it"s different from now.
