교육과정중심 특기·적성교육의 실천 방안 연구

국문 초록

교육과정중심 특기·적성교육은 학교교육과정 운영을 통하여 학생의 특기와 적성을 계발하는것이다. 이는 교과와 특별활동 및 재량활동을 통하여 학생의 특기와 적성을 계발하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적은 학교의 정규 교육과정을 통하여 학생의 특기와 적성을 향상시키는 실제적 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 학생의 특기·적성교육은 특별활동과 재량활동을 통하여 실시될 뿐만 아니라 교과활동을 통하여서도 실시되어야 한다. 특기·적성교육은 특별 프로그램으로서가 아니라 정규 학교교육과정으로 실시되어야 한다 그리고 특기적성교육은 특별활동과 유사하고, 특별활동은 재량활동과도 유사하기 때문에 특별활동과 재량활동을 서로 연계하여 특기·적성교육을 실시하는 것이 바람직하다 학교에서 학생의 교육과정중심 특기·적성교육을 활성화시키기 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 학생에 대한 교육과정중심 특기·적성교육을 실시하기 위한 교사의 전문적인 훈련과 준비가 필요하다는 것이다. 둘째, 학교에서 학생의 교육과정중심 특기·적성교육은 사설 교육 기관과 달라야 한다는 것이다. 즉, 학교에서의 학생에 대한 교육과정중심 특기·적성교육은 학생의 특기와 적성을 제대로 발굴하고 계발시켜주어야 한다· 셋째, 학교는 교사와 학생의 자발적인 참여와 협조를 유도하여야 한다. 넷째 학교는 학업성취의 경쟁에 집착해서는 안 되고 공적인 학교 교육체제의 본질적인 특징들을 발전시켜야 한다.

영문 초록

The curriculum-centered talent-aptitude education is to improve a talent-aptitude of the student through a school curriculum implementation. That is, it is a talent-aptitude education of the student through subjects, extra curricular, and discretion activities. The purpose of this study is to search the practical strategy improving a talentaptitude of the student through normal curriculum implementation of the school. A talent-aptitude education of the student should be implemented through not only extracurricular, and discretion activities but also normal subjects activities in the long run. A talent-aptitude education should not be implemented as a special program but be implemented in normal school curriculum. And a talent-aptitude education is similar to the extra curricular activities. In addition to it, because the extra curricular activities is similar to the discretion activities, it is desirable to implement the extra curricular activities and the discretion activities in connection with each other. There are several suggestions for activating a talent-aptitude education of the student in the school. First of all, the teacher's professional training and readiness for the curriculum-centered talent-aptitude education of the student are needed. Second, a talent-aptitude education of the student in the school should be different from private education institutions. That is, a talent-aptitude education of the student in the school must discover and cultivate a talent-aptitude of the student rightly. Third, the school must lead volunteer participation and cooperation of the teacher and student. Fourth, the school must not attach the competition for academic achievement, but cultivate the characteristics of the public school education systems.
