연변 조선족 중소학교 교육문제실태 조사연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 연변 조선족 학교교육에 대한 실태조사연구를 통하여 조선민족 교육에서 제기되는 문제점이 무엇이며, 민족교육의 현황이 어떠한가를 보여주고자 하였다. 연구대상은 연변 조선족 자치주 8개 현시의 도시와 농촌 중소학교 53개, 108개 반급의 2,505명을 대상(3.04％ 견본조사)으로 하였으며 설문지에 의한 조사연구와 한족학교 재학생들과의 비교를 통하여 교육현상에 대한 진단과 그에 대한 교육적 처방을 지향하였다. 연구결과, 결손가정 학생수의 증가, 민족교육과 현대화 교육간의 갈등, 교육질의 하강추세는 21세기 조선족 교육이 새로운 도전에 직면하고 있음을 증명하고 있다. 결손가정학생들의 심리적 불안정, 조선족학생의 한족학교입학률의 증가와 그에 따른 조선어문교육의 약화, 그리고 학습질의 하강은 그 주요한 문제점으로 나타났다. 이러한 현상이 초래된 원인으로 교사대오의 불온정성과 민족교육 관념의 모호성, 교육경비의 결여로 지적된다. 이상의 연구결과들은 중국 조선족 교육의 새로운 발전을 위하여 연구기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The paper is to show the problem of Korean minority education and present situation of racial education according to the research of YanBian korean minority school education. We studied 2505 students (3.04% sample) from 108 classes in 53 rural and city`s middle schools over 8 places of YanBian Korean Minority Autonomy State. From the inquiry and comparing with students in chinese school, we make out the educational prescription. The results of the research, increasing number of the students from broken home, conflict of traditional and modern education and decline of educational quality proved that education of korean minority in 21 century is facing up new challenge. Psychological instability of the students form broken home, increasing number of the koreans entering chinese schools, weakening of korean literature education also decline of educational quality are the main problem. The cause of present situation is instability of teachers, vagueness of racial education sense and lack of educational expenses. All these results above are expecting to be used for basic research materials.
