영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBECTIVES Housing finance is a field of study that requires an understanding of many important subjects. The emphasis of the study is housing finance supply system in Korea. The subject addresses throughout form the basis for much of what is needed for borrowers who want to buy house and about to enter the process for financing. Financing system in Korea is very different that of U. S. A. that uses mortagage market. Because of that, banks do not have fluent system for housing finace. The study searches the system for housing financing in bank and indicates the problems. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Documents analysis: Bank Financing Guide (3) RESEARCH RESULTS As result it showed bank financing for housing and risk management, most of all banks in Korea focused the value for asset-backed value at housing financing. It showed very simple in ability of borrowers to turn in principle and interest. 2. RESULTS By search the bank guideline for housing finance, mainly, banks in Korea have focused house value and LTV shen banks lend house purchase money. So, banks have difficulty to operte long-run fund for housing finance. For fluent operating long-run fund for housing finance, banks in Korea have to use mortgage-banked securities for long-run fund in housing finance. 3.
