1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Real Estate Speculation means that someone taking large risks, especially with respect to trying to predict the future; gambling, in the hopes of making quick, large gains. The objective of the research which it sees will follow in the present condition regarding the cause of land speculation and floating spreading out proposing phase and floating spreading out proposing floating spreading out proposing phase and floating spreading out proposing type land speculation volition reading and the for real estate document to copy it will lead and in advance will confirm the actual condition of land speculation, with the base which will reach it will be able to contribute in setting up of efficient real estate policy in order, there is a place where it presents the index of actuality land speculation.
