영문 초록

This study demonstrates the development process of work-family policy and various efforts of actOrs for work-family balance in USA, The evolution stages of work- family program include 4 stages in addition to pre-stage -grassroots, human resource, culture change, work redesign. The efforts of actors for work-family have 5 separate, but related, constituencies, That is, firms, governments research, communities, employees(families) support work-family balance, This study shows an idea and orientation to an application of work-family policy in Korea.
