영문 초록

The purpose of this study is looking at the job satisfaction percentage of their directors and teachers. The target groups of this study were 200 catholic kindergarten and 87 daycare centers for children nationwide, and there were 210 directors and 422 teachers. For the job satisfaction T-Test, F-Test, Sche'ffe Test were done. In general the job satisfaction percentage of directors is high. Regarding the job satisfaction percentage of the teachers is pretty high in the areas of the work itself, relationship, administration system and social recognition. However, it is unsatisfactory regarding work environment, wage and promotion. Comparing between kindergartens and daycare centers regarding their wage, promotion and social recognition, the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers were higher than the one of daycare center reachers. The highest rate of the job satisfaction is shown in the institutes established by religious orders.
