간호대학생의 대면 교육과 비대면 교육 경험 이해와 학습만족도 비교

국문 초록

목적: 본연구는 COVID-19 로 적극적으로 활용된 비대면 교육이 간호학 교육에도 폭넓게 활용되고 있는 현재 간호대학생의 대면 및 비대면 교육 경험을 비교를 통하여 효율적 간호교육 운영을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구방법: 현재 K대학교 간호학과 3학년에 재학중으로 지난 해(2학년 재학) 교과목에 따라 대면 교육과 비대면 교육을 동시에 수강한 학생을 연구 참여 대상으로 하였다. 연구참여자의 일반적 특성, 대면, 비대면 교육에 대한 장점과 단점 등에 대하여 설문지 방식으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구참여자의 대면 교육과 비대면 교육에 대한 학습만족도를 각각 측정하였고 대응표본 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구참여자의 57.4%가 대면과 비대면 수업의 혼용을 선호하였다. 학습만족도는 대면 교육이 높았다(t=3.09, p=.003). 결론: 대면 수업의 단점과 비대면 수업의 장점을 근거로 대면과 비대면 수업의 혼용을 선호하였지만 학습만족도에서 대면 교육이 높아 직접 교육의 강점이 유효함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to compare the current Face-to-Face and non-Face-to-Face educational experiences of nursing students, where non-Face-to-Face education, which has been actively used due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is also widely used in nursing education. Methods: The third-grade nursing students at K University, who are the study participants, took Face-to-Face and non-Face-to-Face classes at the same time in the second grade class. Accordingly, the study participants' learning satisfaction for Face-to-Face and non-Face-to-Face education were measured and analyzed with a paired t-test. Results: 57.4% of the study participants preferred a mixture of Face-to-Face and non-Face-to-Face classes. In terms of learning satisfaction, face-to-face education was high (t=3.09, p=.003). Conclusion: Based on the problems of face-to-face and the advantages of non-Face-to-Face education, they prefer a mixture of Face-to-Face and non-Face-to-Face classes. But Face-to-Face education is high in learning satisfaction, indicating that the strengths of direct education are valid.
