국문 초록

최근 몇 년간 스포츠 엔터테인먼트 산업은 디지털 기술의 발전과 함께 급격한 변화를 겪고 있다. 특히, Al 기술의 도입은 스포츠 엔터테인먼트 산업에 새로운 혁신을 가져왔으며, 데이터 분석, 영상 인식, 자연어 처리 등의 기술이 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 스포츠 엔터테인먼트 산업에서 Al 기술 도입이 현재와 미래의 동향에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고 이에 따른 법적 및 윤리적 과제를 분석한다. 연구의 첫 부분에서는 Al 기술이 스포츠 중계, 해설 , 분석 , 팬 경험 개선 등 다양한 영역에서 어떻게 활용되고 있는지에 대해 고찰한다. 이를 통해 Al 기술이 산업 내에서 어떻게 혁신을 가져오고 있는지 분석하였다. 다음으로, Al 기술 도입으로 인한 법적 과제와 윤리적 고려 사항을 심층적으로 논의하였다. 특히, 개인정보 보호 데이터 활용, 저작권 및 지적재산권 보호 노동력 변화와 같은 문제들을 다루었다. 현행 법적 규제의 개선과 윤리적 가이드라인 수립을 통해 Al 기술 도입이 사회적으로 적합하고 지속가능하게 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 기업과 정부 간의 협력을 강화하고 산업 내 혁신을 촉진하는 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구는 스포츠 엔터테인먼트 산업이 Al 기술을 통해 어떻게 발전할 수 있는지에 대한 종합적인 분석을 제공하며 , Al 기술 도입이 산업의 경쟁력과 지속 가능성을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있는 방법을 모색하였다.

영문 초록

In recent years, the sports entertainment industry has experienced rapid transformations due to advancements in digital technology. Particularly, the introduction of AI technology has brought new innovations to the indusny, with applications in data analysis, image recognition, and natural language processing across various fields. This study explores the impact of AI technology adoption in the sports entertainment industl)', examining current and future trends and analyzing the associated legal and ethical challenges. The first part of the study investigates how AI technology is utili짜 in sports broadcasting, commentary, analysis, and enhancing fan experiences. This analysis highlights how AI technology drives innovation within the indusny. Next, the study delves into the legal challenges and ethical considerations arising from the adoption of AI technology, addressing issues such as privacy protection, data utilization, intellectual property rights, and workforce transfonnation. The study proposes ways to improve existing legal regulations and establish ethical guidelines to ensure that the adoption of AI technology is socially appropriate and sustainable. Additionally, it discusses strengthening collaboration between companies and governments to promote innovation within the industl)'. This comprehensive analysis provides insights into how the sports entertairunent indusny can advance through the integration of AI technology, enhancing its competitiveness and sustainability.
