예비 특수교사의 수업역량 요소 도출 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비 특수교사에게 요구되는 수업역량을 도출하여 타당화하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 선행문헌을 분석하여 특수교사의 수업역량 요소를 확인한 후, 현직 특수교사 14명을 대상으로 초점집단면담(FGI)을 실시하여 예비 특수교사에게 요구되는 수업역량을 추가적으로 도출하였다. 1차로 도출된 수업역량 요소의 내용 타당도를 확보하기 위해 특수교육 전문가 8명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 4개의 수업역량군과 19개의 수업역량 요소 및 구체적인 행동지표를 도출하였다. 위 연구결과를 바탕으로 일반교사와는 차별화되어 특수교사에게 요구되는 수업역량과 지능정보화사회로의 전환이 특수교사의 수업역량에 미친 영향 및 특수교육 교원 양성기관의 역할에 대해 시사하는 바를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify and validate the teaching competencies required for prospective special education teachers. To achieve this, the study began with an analysis of existing literature to identify the components of teaching competence for special education teachers, followed by conducting focus group interviews (FGI) with 14 current special education teachers to further identify the teaching competencies required for prospective special education teachers. To ensure the content validity of the initially identified teaching competencies, a survey was conducted among 8 special education experts, resulting in the final identification of 4 groups of teaching competencies, 19 elements of teaching competencies, and specific behavioral indicators. Based on the results of this study, the discussion includes the differentiated teaching competencies required for special education teachers compared to general teachers, the impact of the transition to an intelligent information society on the teaching competencies of special education teachers, and the implications for the role of special education teacher training institutions.
