보완대체의사소통 중재연구에 관한 분석 -국내 학위논문을 중심으로-

국문 초록

특수교육 분야에서 ‘보완대체의사소통’에 관한 연구가 매우 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 ‘보완대체의사소통’의 중재 방법의 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 보완대체의사소통을 주제로 한 관련 학위논문을 통해 중재 환경, 중재 상징, 중재 도구, 중재 기술, 중재 전략을 분석하여 ‘보완대체의사소통 중재 연구’에 대한 전반적인 중재 방법 동향을 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법은 1990년에서 2022년 11월까지 발표된 보완대체의사소통을 주제로 한 관 련 학위논문 34편을 분석 대상으로, 분석 변인은 중재 환경, 중재 상징, 중재 도구, 중재 기술, 중재 전략으로 설정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보완대체의사소통을 주제로 한 연구의 중재 환경은 특수학교가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 보완대체의사소통을 주제로 한 연구의 중재 상징은 그림상징과 글자를 동시에 사용한 경우가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 보완대체의사소통을 주제로 한 연구의 중재 도구는 의사소통판과 음성출력도구를 함께 사용한 경우가 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 보완대체의사소통을 주제로 한 연구의 중재 기술은 직접 선택이 모든 연구에서 나타났다. 다섯째, 보완대체의사소통을 주제로 한 연구의 중재 전략은 촉진 전략이 가장 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

While various research has been conducted on ‘Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)' in the special education field, research on its intervention methods is still insufficient. The purpose of this study is to analyze the environment, symbols, tools, techniques, and strategies of interventions through dissertations on AAC and to identify the overall trendof intervention methods for ‘AAC intervention research.’ For the research method, this study analyzed 34 dissertations on AAC published from 1990 toNovember 2022 and set the intervention environment, intervention symbols,intervention tools, intervention techniques, and intervention strategies as thevariables for analysis. The study results are as follows. First, special education schools appearedto be the highest for the intervention environment of AAC studies. Second,the case of using pictorial symbols and letters at the same time was thehighest for the intervention symbols of AAC studies. Third, the case ofusing a communication board and a voice output tool together was found tobe the highest for the intervention tools of AAC studies. Fourth, directselection was shown in all studies for the intervention technique of AACstudies. Fifth, the facilitation strategy was the highest for the interventionstrategy of AAC studies.
