국내 다문화 아동·청소년 미술치료 연구 동향분석: 학술지 논문을 중심으로(2015-2023)

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 아동․청소년에 대한 미술치료 연구 동향을 분석하여 연구의 흐름을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 8년간 국내에 발표된 학술지 총 47편을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구 분석은 연구 연도, 연구 대상, 연구 주제, 연구 방법, 중재 환경별로 분석하여 이를 토대로 논의하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 아동․청소년의 증가로 심리, 정서적 어려움을 반영한 미술치료에 관한 연구는 꾸준하게 발표되고 있었다. 둘째, 연구 대상은 다문화가정 아동을 대상으로 한 연구가 많아 이 시기의 사회적 관심이 집중되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 연구 주제는 자아 성장과 의사소통 및 사회성에 관한 연구가 주를 이루었다. 넷째, 연구 방법은 사례연구가 높은 비율을 보였으며, 측정 도구는 자아 성장과 관련된 척도검사와 K-HTP 그림검사, 행동변화와 행동관찰일지에 대한 평가가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 다섯째, 중재 환경은 치료 회기는 12회기~18회기, 진행 기간은 3개월~9개월, 주 1회, 장소는 방과 후 교실, 진행 시간은 개인 50분, 집단 90분, 치료 형태는 집단미술치료가 주로 이루어진 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구되어질 다문화 아동․청소년의 미술치료를 위한 미래지향적인 방향성을 제시하며 후속연구 방향의 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends in art therapy for multicultural children and adolescents to understand the flow of research. For this, a total of 47 academic journals published in Korea over the past eight years were selected for analysis. The research analysis was conducted based on the year of study, research subjects, research topics, research methods, and intervention environments and discussed based on this. The results obtained through this study are as follows. First, research on art therapy reflecting psychological and emotional difficulties of multicultural children and adolescents has been consistently published due to their increasing numbers. Second, the subjects of the study predominantly focused on children (ages 5 to 13) from multicultural families, indicating social issues and attention during this period. Third, the research topic was mainly research on self-growth, communication, and social skills. Fourth, case studies were prevalent in research methods, with measurement tools such as scale tests related to self-growth, the Dynamic House, Tree, and Person Test (K-HTP), and behavioral change and behavioral observation logs. Last, the intervention environment consists of 12 to 18 treatment sessions, The progress period is 3 to 9 months, Once a week, The location is an after-school classroom, Running time is 61 to 90 minutes, It was found that the main form of treatment was group art therapy. Based on the analysis results of this study, it will be possible to identify future trends in art therapy for multicultural children and adolescents, suggest future-oriented directions, and provide implications for follow-up research.
