중학생의 개인 환경 변인에 따른 직업 가치관과 일에 대한 태도

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 현재 우리나라 중학생이 가지고 있는 직업에 대한 가치관과 일에 대한 태도, 개인 환경변인에 따른 직업 가치관과 일에 대한 태도의 차이를 규명하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 6개 지역 중학생을 표집 대상으로 선정하였으며, 14개 학교의 300명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구에서는 빈도, 백분율 등 기술 통계와 x², t 검증 및 변량 분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결론과 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째 일에 대한 태도에서는 남학생과 여학생과의 유의차가 발견되었다. 둘째, 가정의 경제적 수준이 높은 집단이 사회적 평판을 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 셋째, 진로 프로그램에 참여 정도가 높은 집단이 사회적 평판과 인간관계 중시, 자기 계발을 많이 하였다. 넷째, 일에 대한 태도는 학년에 따라 사후 검증 결과 경제 수준이 높은 집단과 중간 집단과의 차이가 있었다. 다섯째, 중학교의 자유학기제 시행으로 학생들의 진로 프로그램에 참여한 횟수가 많은 집단이 인간관계를 중시하고, 자기 계발과 자아 지향성 면에서 더 높은 관심을 나타냈다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study were to identify the differences between job values and work attitudes of middle school students in Korea, and job values and work attitudes according to personal environmental variables. Middle school students in six regions were selected as the subjects of the study, and 300 students from 14 schools were surveyed using questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. In this study, descriptive statistics such as frequency and percentage, x², t verification, and variance analysis were conducted. The main conclusions and suggestions of this study are as follows. First, In the attitude toward the first job, a significant difference was found between male and female students. Second, it was found that groups with a high economic level of the family consider social reputation important. Third, it was found that the group with a high degree of participation in career programs emphasized social reputation, human relations, and self-development. Fourth, the attitude toward work differed from the high economic level group and the intermediate group according to the grade as a result of post-testing. Fifth, due to the implementation of the free semester system in middle schools, the group that participated in the career program of students emphasized human relations and showed higher interest in self-development and self-orientation.
