문화기반시설 수준에 따른 학교문화예술교육의 지역사회 연계 전략 비교 분석을 통한 지원 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 문화기반시설 수준에 따라 학교문화예술교육과 지역사회 연계 전략에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 예술꽃 씨앗학교를 문화기반시설이 상대적으로 적은 지역의 학교(지역1)와 많은 지역의 학교(지역2)로 분류하였다. 각 지역 학교에 대한 전문가 컨설팅 자료를 텍스트 마이닝하여 키워드 분석과 토픽 모델링을 수행하고, 그 결과를 비교·분석하여 학교문화예술교육 지역사회 연계 전략 및 지원 방안을 제안하였다. 분석 결과, 지역 간 등장 키워드와 토픽의 내용은 유사하였으나, 그 순위에 있어서 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 빈도 분석 결과 지역1과 지역2에서 공통적으로 '학부모'가 가장 많이 등장했으나, 문서 등장 빈도는 지역별로 차이가 있었다. 또한 키워드 분석 및 토픽 모델링 결과에서는 지역1의 경우 학교가 학교문화예술교육과 지역사회 연계에 미치는 영향이 큰 반면, 지역2의 경우 지역 내 문화기반시설을 활용한 공연이나 축제를 활용하기 위해 학교와 기관 간의 협력이 강조되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 학교문화예술교육과 지역사회 연계를 위한 전략으로 학부모 역할 제고, 문화기반시설 수준에 따라 지원 차별화, 수업을 통한 지역사회 연계 확대, 지역사회-교육청-학교의 협력적 교육공동체 형성을 위한 제도적 차원의 지원 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the differences in school culture and arts education and community linkage strategies according to the level of cultural infrastructure. To this end, according to the level of cultural infrastructure, schools in areas with few cultural infrastructures(Region 1) and schools in areas with many(Region 2) were classified. Next, keyword analysis and topic modeling were performed through text mining of expert consulting data for each group of schools, and the results were compared and analyzed, and strategies and support plans for school cultural arts education program's linkage with the community were proposed. As a result of the frequency analysis, ‘parents’ appeared the most in both region 1 and 2, but there was a difference in the frequency of appearance of documents. In addition, in the results of keyword analysis and topic modeling, in region 1, the school has a large impact on school culture and arts education and regional linkage, whereas in region 2, using cultural infrastructure is more emphasized. Based on the analysis results, as a strategy for linking school culture and arts education with the local community, improving the role of parents, differentiating support according to the level of cultural infrastructure, expanding linking with the community through classes, and providing cooperative institutional support for the formation of an educational community were proposed.
