국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 ‘문화예술 기업가정신 교육 모델’을 제시함으로써, 교육 프로그램과 커리큘럼 개발을 위한 이론적 토대를 마련하는 것이다. 본 연구는 변화하는 시대 상황에 적응하는 기업가정신 교육의 방향성을 모색하고, 다양한 층위의 문화예술 인력을 대상으로 교육 적용성을 높이기 위해,‘문화예술 기업가정신’(Arts and Cultural Entrepreneurship)이라는 통합개념을 제안하고, 그 핵심 개념과 주요 특성을 근거로 문화예술 기업가정신 교육 개념을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 문화예술 기업가정신 교육 개념을 Maritz & Brown(2013)의 기업가정신 교육 구성 요소 프레임워크에 적용하여, 문화예술 기업가정신 교육의 1) 맥락, 2) 성과, 3) 목표, 4) 대상(참여자), 5)내용, 6) 방법, 7) 평가를 위한 탐색적 연구를 전개하였고, 광범위한 문헌 검토와 내용분석(content analysis)을 통해 문화예술 기업가정신 교육 모델을 최종적으로 제시하였다. 본 논문은 국내에서는 여전히 생소한 분야라고 할 수 있는 문화예술 기업가정신 교육의 연구 지형을 그려보고, 이론적 근거가 부족한 교육 현장에 새로운 이해와 통찰을 제시하고자 전개되었다. 본 논문이 문화예술 기업가정신 교육 분야의 학문적, 실천적 발전을 견인하는 기초 연구로 활용되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical foundation for the development of educational programs and curricula by proposing a model for arts and cultural entrepreneurship education. To explore the direction of entrepreneurship education that adapts to the changing conditions of the times and to enhance the applicability of education to various levels of cultural workers, this study proposes an integrated concept of 'arts and cultural entrepreneurship' and presents a concept of arts and cultural entrepreneurship education based on its core concepts and main characteristics. Applying the concept of arts and cultural entrepreneurship education proposed in this study to Maritz & Brown's (2013) framework of entrepreneurship education components, an exploratory study was conducted to examine the 1) context, 2) outcomes, 3) goals, 4) targets (participants), 5) content, 6) methods, and 7) assessment of arts and cultural entrepreneurship education, and a model of arts and cultural entrepreneurship education was finally proposed through extensive literature review and content analysis. This study was developed to draw the research landscape of arts and cultural entrepreneurship education, which is still an unfamiliar field in Korea, and to provide new understanding and insights into the educational field that lacks theoretical basis. We hope that this paper will be utilized as basic research to drive academic and practical development in the field of cultural arts entrepreneurship education.
