예비 미술교사의 마이크로티칭 과정에서 나타난 몸의 학습에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 질적 연구로 미술과 예비교사들의 수업 개선을 위한 마이크로티칭 운영 방법을 탐색하기 위해 시행되었다. 기존의 연구들은 주로 마이크로티칭 운영 방법과 효율성에 초점을 맞추었으나, 본 연구에서는 수업 계획. 수업 시연, 평가, 성찰그리고 재시연의 단계까지 이르는 전 과정을 철저히 다루었다. 또한, 동료평가, 자기평가, 교수평가의 다양한 평가 경험과 반성의 과정에서 드러나는 몸의 학습을 분석하여 그 잠재적 영향을 파악하였다. 이를 위하여 서울의 A 종합대학교 예비교사 14명을 대상으로 한 학기 동안 시행한 마이크로티칭 과정에서 작성된 성찰지, 인터뷰,활동지, 설문조사 및 리뷰 등을 분석하여 결론을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 예비교사들은 자신의 평가 경향을 분석하는 과정에서 몸의 학습을 확인할 수 있었으며,둘째, 동료들과 지속적으로 상호작용함으로써 무의식적인 배움의 몸의 학습을 경험하였다. 셋째, 예비교사들은 보다 나은 교육을 위해 변화를 수용하고 적용하는 몸의학습 과정을 거친다는 것을 발견하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 예비 미술교사들의 수업 개선과 전문성 향상에 중요한 지표를 제시하며, 미술교육 분야의 연구 활성화와그 방향성을 제시하는 데 적지 않은 의의를 가질 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a qualitative research to explore the micro-teaching method for improving art education for prospective art teachers. While previous studies primarily focused on the methods and effectiveness of mico-teaching, but this research thoroughly examined the entire process including lesson planning, class demonstration, evaluation, reflection, and re-demonstration. Additionally, it paid attention to the embodied learning that occurs within the process of various assessment experiences such as peer assessment, self-assessment, and instructor assessment. To achieve this, micro-teaching was carried out with 14 prospective art teachers at A University in Seoul over a semester. Data collected during this process, including reflective journals, individual interview records, activity sheets, surveys, and reviews, were analyzed to draw conclusions. The findings of the study indicated that the study results revealed that embodied learning was manifested in various aspects during the microteaching process. Firstly, prospective teachers had the opportunity to analyze their habitual behaviors while assessing their teaching against defined criteria. Secondly, unconscious embodied learning occurred through consistent interaction with peers. Moreover, they had a learning process that embraced ongoing changes and aimed for better education. These findings provide not only offer significant indicators for enhancing the teaching practices and professional development of aspiring art educators but also hold considerable significance to the stimulation and direction of research activities in the field of art education.
