국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인의 일상생활 만족도를 높이는 것을 목적으로 디지털정보화 접근수준이 일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 디지털배움터 참여가 미치는 효과를 함께 분석하였다. 연구대상으로는 한국정보화진흥원(NIA)에서 실시한 ‘2022년 디지털정보격차’에 참여한 장애인 2,199명을 대상으로 분석하였고, 비례할당표집으로 대인 면접조사를 실시하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS를 사용하여 빈도 분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인들의 소득수준과 연령은 대체적으로 높으며 교육 수준은 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 장애인의 디지털 정보화 접근수준과 일상생활 만족도가 평균 이하 수준임을 확인할 수 있었고 특히, 매년 큰 비용을 투입하여 진행되고 있는 디지털배움터 교육에 대한 인식과 참여가 낮은 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 디지털 정보화 접근수준이 일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 디지털배움터 교육 참여 여부가 결과 값에 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로 이 연구는 2021년부터 국가에서 디지털 격차 해소를 위해 실행되고 있는 디지털배움터의 영향을 분석한 연구라는 것에 주목해볼 필요가 있으며, 장애인의 특수성과 특징을 면밀히 분석하여 교육에 참가할 수 있는 기회를 마련해 주어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 앞으로 장애인의 디지털 리터러시를 향상시키는 기초자료로도 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to improve the satisfaction of people with disabilities in their daily lives. It also analyzed the impact of participation in a digital learning center on the level of access to digital informatization on their satisfaction with their daily lives. For this study, 2,199 people with disabilities who participated in the '2022 digital information gap survey' conducted by the National Information Society Agency(NIA) were selected as the subjects of the analysis, and an interpersonal interview was conducted with proportional sampling. By using SPSS as an analysis method, frequency analysis, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed, and the results from this study are as follows. First, it was found that while the income level and age of people with disabilities were generally high, their educational level was low. The second finding is that the level of access to digital informatization and satisfaction with daily life among people with disabilities is below average. In particular, it was found that educational participation in the Digital Learning Center, which is being carried out with a large investment of money each year, is very low. The third finding is that regarding the effect of the level of access to digital informatization on their satisfaction with their daily life, whether or not they participated in education at a digital learning center influenced the value of the result. Finally, it is worth paying attention to the fact that this study is analyzing the influence of the Digital Learning Center, which has been running in this nation since 2021 to narrow the digital gap. It is also considered that it is necessary to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in education through careful and detailed analysis of their characteristics and specificities. This will be also used as basic data that can contribute to the improvement of the digital literacy of people with disabilities in future research.
