조직특성이 장애인복지시설 사회복지사의 디지털 리터러시에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회환경과 구조변화에 따라 그 필요성이 증대되고 있는 장애인복지시설 사회복지사의 디지털 리터러시와 그 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 본 연구에서는 이론적 논의를 토대로 장애인복지시설 사회복지사의 디지털 리터러시를 조직 관리역량의 성과로 규정하여 조직특성이 사회복지사의 디지털 리터러시에 미치는 영향에 초점을 두었다. 연구를 위해 2022년 6월1일～30일까지 장애인복지시설 사회복지사 202명을 대상으로 인터넷 조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 27.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 조사결과 장애인복지시설 사회복지사들의 디지털 리터러시는 ‘기본업무 활용 능력’과 ‘ICT기본 역량’ 등에서 높게 나타난 반면 ‘소프트웨어 중심사회 적응능력’은 낮게 나타났다. 또한 조직유형을 비롯한 다양한 조직 관리역량이 사회복지사들의 디지털 리터러시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 ICT기술을 활용한 장애인복지 서비스가 보다 활발하게 제공되기 위해서는 새로운 상황에서 실험적인 역할수행을 할 수 있도록 격려받는 조직문화가 필요함을 의미한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to analyze the digital literacy of workers in the welfare field of the disabled and its influencing factors.In particular, this study defined the digital literacy of workers as the performance of organizational management capabilities based on theoretical discussions and focused on the impact of organizational characteristics. To this end, an Internet survey was conducted on 202 workers engaged in various welfare facilities for the disabled, including welfare centers for the disabled, from June 1 to 30, 2022, and analyzed using SPSS 27.0. According to the survey, the digital literacy of workers in the welfare field of the disabled was high in 'a basic ability to perform complex tasks' and 'ability for utilizing ICT,' while 'ability adapting to the SW-centered society' was the lowest. In addition, it was found that various organizational management capacities, including organizational types, had an effect. Finally, in order for social welfare practice using ICT technology to be more active, it was found that the culture of organizations encouraged to conduct new experiments in new situations is very important.
