국문 초록

해마다 많은 수의 연구학교가 지정되어 교육에 관한 각종 현안을 연구하고 있지만, 일회적인 연구로 끝나버리는 경우가 많다. 연구학교의 목적인 일반화가 가능하기 위해서는 연구학교 종료 후에도 그 프로그램이 지속될 수 있어야 한다. 연구학교에 대한 많은 논의에도 불구하고 이런 지속성에 대한 논의는 상대적으로 적었다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구학교가 종료된 학교들을 대상으로 해당 연구학교 프로그램이 지속되는가의 여부와 지속 혹은 지속되지 않는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 지속되게 하는 요인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 내용이 그 프로그램의 수혜자에게 도움이 되거나 매력이 있어야 하고, 강사가 전문성과 열정을 가질 경우에 방과후 학교와 평생교육 등에서 지속성을 가져올 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구학교 프로그램이 지속되기 위해서는 학교장의 관심과 추진이 있어야 하고, 의견의 수렴과 반영, 프로그램에 대한 홍보가 잘 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 지역적 여건을 고려하고, 교직원들의 친화력을 높이며, 사회적 분위기에 적합한 연구학교 운영이 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 연구학교를 계획하고 운영함에 있어 고려해야할 요소들을 제시해 준다. 이와 더불어 연구학교 프로그램이 지속될 수 있기 위해서는 연구학교의 결과를 넘어 과정을 받아 들이는 준비가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factor to continue the research programs and the reasons why they didn't continue. The main factors to continue the research programs are as follows : First, program information should to help the beneficiaries of the program, or should be attractive. Instructors must have the expertise and enthusiasm. Then after-school and lifelong education can continue. Second, there are the principal factor, collecting and reflecton of learner and student's opinion factor, public relations factor. it is based on the principal's concern and promotion. Well done and reflects the collecting of learner and student's opinion increases satisfaction and the higher the participation rate could be. In addition, public relations are needed in order to continue research school programs. Third, Environmental factors, physical environment and emotional environment were environmental factors. Emotional environment is the atmosphere. While the location of the school is the physical environment of the local factors, the affinities of the teaching staff is the environmental factor of atmosphere. There is atmosphere of outside such as social atmosphere emphasizing after school for measure to reduce private costs. Due to this social atmosphere, after school had been operating continuously.
