영문 초록

Lymphangioma is an uncommon and benign neoplasm characterized by thin-walled cysts. Lymphangioma is most often found in the head, neck, and axillary regions. Intraabdominal lymphangioma is a rare intraabdominal tumor that accounts for only 5% of all lymphangiomas. Intraabdominal lymphangioma is often asymptomatic but sometimes presents with nausea, vomiting, or acute abdominal pain caused by bowel obstructions. Intra-abdominal lymphangioma is commonly misdiagnosed as another cyst-forming disease. This report presents a rare case of a 33-year-old woman with multiple intraabdominal lymphangiomas misdiagnosed as hydatid disease.
