국문 초록

본 연구는 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 장애인의 사회참여를 높이는 것을 목적으로 지역공동체의식이 사회참여에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 관계망의 효과를 함께 분석하였다. 연구대상은 김천 부곡동에 위치한 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 장애인으로 장애인이 거주하는 가구 전체를 대상으로 대인 면접조사를 실시하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS를 사용하여 빈도 분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영구임대아파트 장애인의 지역공동체의식과 사회참여는 다소 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영구임대아파트 장애인의 사회적 관계망의 수준은 정보적 관계망, 정서적 관계망, 도구적 관계망, 사회활동적 관계망 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역공동체의식과 도구적 관계망은 상관관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었으며, 넷째, 지역공동체의식이 사회참여에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 관계망(정보적, 정서적, 사회활동적)은 완전매개의 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이 연구는 사회적 관계망이라는 다차원적인 개념을 중심으로 연구모형을 설정하였고 네 가지 하위변인의 관련성을 포괄적으로 분석하였다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 또한 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 장애인이라는 특수성을 가진 집단에 대해 조사를 실시하였고 매개효과가 검증된 변수와 그렇지 않은 변수를 구분하였다는 점에서 향후 사회정책 수립과 실천 서비스 과정에서 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to improve the social participation of the disabled, living in a permanent rental apartment. It also analyzes the effects of social networks and community consciousness on social participation. participants included disabled 90 people living in permanent rental apartments in Bugok-dong, Gimcheon. Interpersonal interviews were conducted with all households where disabled persons reside. The data analysis was done using SPSS through frequency analysis, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, the disabled living in permanent rental apartments had low community consciousness and social participation. Second, the social network level of these disabled persons could be expressed in the following order: informational, affective, instrumental, and social activity networks. Third, no correlation was found between community consciousness and the instrumental network. Fourth, in the effects of social consciousness on social participation, social networks (informational, emotional, and socially active) have been shown to have a full mediating effect. This study focuses on the multidimensional concept of social networks, sets up a research model, and comprehensively analyzes the relationship of four sub-variables. In addition, since the study was conducted on a group with specificity called the disabled living in permanent rental apartments, and the mediating effect was divided into verified and non-verified variable, the data may be useful in future social policy establishment and in implementation as a service process.
