대학생의 플립러닝 참여 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 정보기술수용모델(TAM) 관점에서 대학생들의 플립러닝 수업 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인들 간의 영향 관계를 분석하여 플립러닝 활성화를 위한 함의점을 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 S대 학생들 196명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고, 참여의도와, 지각된 태도, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성을 각각 종속변인으로 하는 단계적중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째 플립러닝 수업 수강 참여의도에는 지각된 태도와 지각된 유용성이, 둘째 플립러닝에 대한 지각된 태도에는 지각된 사용 용이성과 지각된 유용성이, 셋째 플립러닝에 대한 지각된 유용성에는 지각된 용이성과 과제기술적합성이, 마지막으로 플립러닝 수업에 대한 지각된 용이성에는 유용성, 참여형 수업선호도, 부담감이 유의미한 설명력이 있음을 밝혔다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 플립러닝 수업 수강 참여의도에는 지각된 태도와 지각된 유용성이 직접적 영향을 주지만, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 과제기술적합성, 참여형 수업선호도, 부담감 요인은 간접적인 경로를 통해 영향을 줄 수 있음을 유추할 수 있다. 결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 논의와 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influencing relationship among related factors that influence the intention of college students to participate in flip learning classes from the perspective of the Information Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 196 University students. In addition, a stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed by setting the participation intention, perceived attitude, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease as dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, the perceived attitude and perceived usefulness had a significant influence on the intention to participate in the flip learning class. The perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a significant influence on the perceived attitude toward flip learning. Perceived ease of use and suitability of task technology had a significant influence on perceived usefulness for flip learning. Perceived usefulness, Cham Young-hyung class preference, and feeling of burden had significant influences on the perceived ease of flip learning class. Based on the analysis results, it was confirmed that the perceived attitude and perceived usefulness had a direct influence on the intention to participate in the flip learning class. In addition, it can be inferred that perceived usefulness, perceived ease, suitability for task skills, participatory class preference, and burdensome factors can have an influence through indirect paths. Based on these results, several discussions and suggestions were made.
